Site from Constant Contact blocked (r20.rs6.net).

We use primarily Thunderbird and Firefox (latest versions). Everything works normally except a site from Constant Contact (that tracks when a customer/client opens or clicks on an email. We normally use uBlock and the problem occurs with and without that extension installed. I'm stumped. Thanks for any helpful you can provide.
