I know someone has accessed my Firefox/Mozilla profile to gain information on my accounts, email, and other personal data. Is it possible to discover the IP addresses and locations for each sign-on or use of my profile? In short, is there a way to know when my Firefox was accessed?

Firefox doesn't keep a record of when and by whom your profile has been accessed. If this is about logging in to Sync, then you usually get an email if there is a new login from another device. If you suspect that somebody else used your device, then you could check the history for unusual entries.
