Accidentally updated a password. Can I view the old saved one?
I have a password stored for an account in FF, and I typed it wrong and accidentally clicked Update on the prompt to update the password. Is there a way to view the old password? I assume I'm stuck but figured it was worth a shot.

Firefox 80+ has a logins-backup.json file in the profile folder that can be used in case of issues with logins.json or to undo an accidental delete/update of a password. You can check if you can find this logins-backup.json file in the profile folder or in a backup.
Make sure to keep a backup of the current logins.json and logins-backup.json before replacing logins.json with logins-backup.json with Firefox closed.
You can use the button on the "Help -> More Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page (Root directory).

Hi, thank you for that info. I found the files and did the swap but it didn't work. I found the GUID of the login I was looking for and the creation date and last login time of the login and login-backup are the same. I am guessing it was too late.
