There's no official phone support. Some people offer paid phone support, but I'm not sure whether any of them are any good (or trustworthy).

I have Windows Vista and suddenly it started give me an error message that Firefox will not load. I have used it for over ten years. This is the first time I have had an issue.

Windows Vista, wow. So you are still running the Extended Support Release of Firefox 52? If you need to reinstall, you can get it from the archive server:

http://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/52.9.0esr/win32/en-US/
