Highlighting on edited pages is unreadable
I use Firefox 97 on a Windows 10 desktop. One of the things I do with it is edit the modules on displayed web pages of a Joomla 3.10.5 site, which I manage. When I try to highlight something - to copy, or cut, or delete - the highlighting is so hard to see that I can't always tell what I've selected. It seems to be a very faint gray. This is especially annoying when I'm trying to edit the code in a module. How can I control how highlighted text is displayed?
Just to encourage you, I've tried the identical edits on my laptop, where I run Microsoft Edge, and the highlighting is perfectly clear. I'd rather stick with Firefox, but if I can't modify the highlighting, I'm going to migrate to Edge.

Just to make sure I understand, are you talking about highlighting such as is shown in the attached screenshots? You can set highlight colours in a file userContent.css which you have to create yourself. Are you willing to do that?
The first screenshot shows the colours in my userContent.css file (dark green background). The second shows the default colours (blue background).
I'm perfectly willing to do a userContent.css file. I would need to know what to put in it and where to put it.
My FireFox is NOT using the blue background shown in your second default example - if it were, we wouldn't be having this conversation. The "highlighting" I get is a very VERY light gray. My husband thinks this isn't a browser problem, let me see if he can help me with it. Thanks for your response.
