Change interface language in Firefox Developer Edition

I already went to the settings and there's nothing about browser interface language, only websites languages.

Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web Link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for what you want.

Did you look at the Language section in "Settings -> General" ?
