Firfox Browser
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
warum kann ich unter Einstellungen/Startseite/benutzerdefinierte Sartseite nicht meine eigene gewählte Startseite nutzen. Der Browser geht immer grundsätzlich auf die Firefox-Startseite egal was ich eintrage.
Für ein Tipp wäre ich sehr dankbar.

Hello Karl,
You did not mention which version of Fire Fox you are having issues with. However, you may have to do some more fine tuning of your browser.
A pic is attached of the settings area. Please take note of the "Home" section as well as the "Search" section.
Review the features and modify the settings.
As a suggestion. Try to blank out out all reference to the search pages and home pages. Then see if Fire Fox opens up / begins with blank tabs. If so, then you can begin to customize the Fire Fox settings even further.
You can open your preferred home page in a tab and then drag this tab on the toolbar Home button to set this page as the home page.
