My guess is that the page is displaying properly for you, you just aren't seeing the images. In that case, it's probably caused by Mixed Content Blocking. Improperly designed websites try to mix insecure (HTTP) content into a secure (HTTPS) page. This can have various security consequences associated with it, which is why Firefox blocks that from happening.
See the Mixed content blocking in Firefox page for steps on how to unblock mixed content on that website.
In some cases, Firefox may also block images or other website components that contain tracking code to track your visit and other information (depending on your settings). The Enhanced Tracking Protection in Firefox for desktop page has more information about how you can adjust your settings or fix websites that appear broken.
If the website is not loading anything at all or parts of the website are actually displaying a message about insecure content, there are a variety of reasons that you may get this type of error message. In most cases, the error code is displayed on the screen (you may need to press the Advanced button to see it).
That error code will likely match one of the codes listed on the What do the security warning codes mean? page, which will give you more information on how to fix the issue. The Secure connection failed and Firefox did not connect page also has some additional information available.
Hope this helps.
Note that Firefox isn't blocking images coming over insecure HTTP on secure HTTPS website by default, only mixed active content is blocked. You can check the Web Console for possible messages about blocked content.

If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block content (Adblock Plus, NoScript, Disconnect, Ghostery, Privacy Badger, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block content.
