I can't seem to get Firefox Send to work properly. Whether I select a week or 100 downloads, the page sometimes (mostly) comes up Expired.

Set an expiration and password for your files. By default, the link will expire after one download or one day.

I see the instructions now.

"Set an expiration and password (optional) for your files. By default, the link will expire after one download or one day. "

I interpreted this just setting an expiration would be enough, seeing as the password was optional. I did not interpret it that expiration AND password had to be set because the password was optional. I thought that the default would happen only if neither expiration and/or password were set.

Maybe it's just me, but I think this instruction should be made a little clearer.

Thank you for the quick response.

Send won't work for me, either.

I am signed into my FF account.

I visit https://send.firefox.com/.

I select the file, the expiration, and the number of downloads.

I click on "upload" which directs me to a page where I have to sign in to Firefox, when I already am.

When I sign in, I am directed to another sign in page that says, ""Create a Firefox Account or sign in."

When I sign in, I am directed to an error page that says, "Something went wrong!"

No kidding.

All as you have said is what keeps happening to me. I have tried putting more days in, having more downloads but it trys to download and fails every time unless I myself download on to the same computer. Then it is successful. However thats not a lot of use if you are trying to share a file with someone else.
