I wishing to delete my Firefox account, but i have trouble logging in to do so. Every time i open login page it says that i should open email with confirmation or something. Every time i do this - i don't recieve any emails. I checked all folders so problem is not on my side. Also, i tried login in Firefox browser syncronisation, BUT i lost my two-step verefication app, i can't generate codes. Idk how to remove two-step verefication in my situation. In summary, all i wish is delete my Firefox account. Waiting for your answer!

If your not receiving email that could mean the email you registered isn't the same one your using now. Are you sure your sending it to the correct email address? And did you check your SPAM box?

Mail is correct and, as i sad, all folders in inbox are checked.

Try to log in to the Firefox Account via this website.

Thank you! But that's not the end of story. I lost my authentication app and, also, i do NOT have 10-digit recovery code. So, problem is still up.

If you can reach the Settings page then you can disable two factor authentication on this page.

I'm back to solve this problem again. (Didn't deactivate that account still, had a pause). Can't log in to firefox account via site. It's sending confirmation link to my mail, but inbox is empty still... (spam folder checked - there is nothing).
