Bookmark Propterties are missing

I used to right click on a bookmark, then properties, but when the bookmark opens, the properties section is no longer there. I think that is what it was called when the properties box opened. It was an area at the bottom where you could put notes. I make notes on most all of my bookmarks and they are no longer showing. I disabled all my addons, I did a firefox 'refresh', and I tried working in safemode. The proplem still exists. Can anyone help? thanks! Kristi

The description area you are talking about has been removed from the user interface (properties), but the description data is still present in the places.sqlite database for the time being. You can create an HTML or JSON backup to save this data.

Note that this is also mentioned in the Release Notes.
