Where your getting this error? please provide more info

Did you log into an e-mail website or are you using an e-mail browser like Thunderbird?

The aproblem is that YAHOO refuses to send my emails or replies, I get a specific message to that effect.

As soon as I click "Send" a message from YAHOO states that to prevent spam, this message cannot be sent. try again later (which i have been trying for two days) sorry for the inconvenience Maybe the question I should be asking, is how do I get out of YAHOO?
