Do you mean that earlier you could press print screen on your keyboard and the paste the screenshot in a word document and that after Firefox update it does not work anymore?

In that case try using the key combination Alt-key and PrintScreen-key, on windows this key combination copies the screenshot to clipboard to be used/pasted. If even that does not work something/program is interfering with your windows OS shortcut keys.

Thanks but that didn't work. However, rebooting my computer restored the 'printscreen' copy and paste function. Great! But then it happened again - I could only copy and paste from a word document to a word document, not from my screen. Rebooted again, solved the problem again. Must be something about my computer .... Any ideas?
