When I try to play Survivor video on global website the show ET Canada plays instead of survivor. When I click on the lock with the yellow ! it states "Firefox has blocked some content, there is still content on the page that is not secure (such as images.) I have tried several times to disable protection for now but ET Canada still comes on when I try to play survivor.

Could I get you to look for newer IBM Video card drivers please as the ones your running are from 2012 https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration and https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/html5-audio-and-video-firefox and https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-video-audio-problems-firefox-windows Got to ask are you getting the channel that corresponds to the location your trying to view; ie are you getting Global Toronto instead of Global Regina or other way around, time shifting as a possible reason for wrong show ?? What program are you using to access the TV programming and if are using a program is there a update for it ?

Please note that Windows 7 is not getting the support it actually should from Microsoft. Issues can come up and not stay fixed as they are trying to migrate people to Windows 10 (which is not bad if use Classic Start Menu and do other things to it to run like 7) So it seems others usually because of Extensions but partly issues are moving to the Extended Release https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/

Your Flash is out of date. Could you please uodate to release 3 days ago please. https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, Win IE . . . .) Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only>

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
