I have 3 separate accounts with AMAZON:- 1 in UK amzon.co.uk 1 in DE amazon.de 1 in FR amazon.fr

over the last few days or week there has been a change made so now I am unable to log in to all 3 and have a separate browser window for each.

Now I have to log in to each account as I need to process orders and stock etc, I am unable to have 3 browser windows open with 1 account in each window.

This is very time consuming and just makes Amazon more difficult to use

I look forward to speaking with someone who is knowledgeable in this subject to help resolve this major issue

Kind regards Philip

Have you tried using separate windows in Firefox? One for each separate account that you want to log in to.

Hello the-edmeister

This seems to work, will see if it is workable over the next day or two. Problem now is when I am on the same screen (as I normally am in all 3 sites) the browser name and window name are the same so I have no idea which is which

Is there nothing in settings that will stop the problem from happening?

Thanks for your help Philip

You're looking for different window titles in the 'popup' from the Windows Task Bar - is that correct?

See the screenshot I uploaded.

That was taken on Win7 with Firefox 55, and that is what I see for the window titles - separate titles, but that isn't for the same domain.

Sorry, I can't duplicate 3 windows for the same domain, I don't have my Firefox 55 Profile set up for actual everyday usage as I use mostly older versions of Firefox - until "things" stabilize and more Web Extensions become available.

This may help; https://github.com/hultmann/multifox/releases/tag/3.2.3 Multifox is an extension that allows Firefox to connect to websites using different user names. Simultaneously!
