• Is the plugin listed in about:addons?
• Also please check your antivirus/Firewall to make sure it is not blocked.
• Also what are the symptoms of the video player, is there an error, is it black, is there just sound?

the plug in is downloaded from the DISH web page is call: DISH_Anywhere_Video_Player_Installer_2.24.2.exe

I believe I was able to get it to run in explorer.
