I have years of saved bookmarks in my firefox browser organized into folders. I am finding that a lot of the url bookmarks are no longer valid. Is there some way I can get firefox to roll through all it's bookmark folders and remove all the invalid ones automatically? Also open to any other method to accomplish this. Maybe a add-on.

Thanks for your fast reply. I tested this already. I found it on my own.

Bookmark checker report is to primitive

1. Firefox bookmark has ability for the user to group bookmark URL's into folders. The checker report does NOT show results in folder order. This ability needs to be added. It’s very important that the organization of the Firefox bookmark menu be maintained. 2. The checker report shows the existing URL that errored out, it should be followed by another line with the same URL minus everything to the right of the domain name. This will show that the URL site navigation information is what is invalid and that the domain name is still good. By check marking the URL that errored out, it could be deleted from the bookmark file and replaced in the same folder with the URL line containing just the domain name line. 3. Both columns of the checker report should be editable and copy/paste functional. This way the user can manually correct the Title and URL columns data which then should update Firefox bookmark file. 4. A new option to add is to export the bookmark menu folder organization for import into MS browser. Right now Firefox has native ability to import from MS browser and keep the MS browser folder organization, but Firefox lacks the ability to do the same thing in reverse.

Are there any other add-on that I should look at.
