My Firefox 31.o does not open Internet shortcuts

I have a big number of Internet shortcuts (URL files). Firefox is my default Internet browse. When I click a shortcut, Firefox opens showing my home page. I used some of these shortcuts years, and at my work office these shortcuts work properly. What can be the cause of this?

If you open the shortcut you made, your default browser will open, and display the page for which you made the shortcut.
