Why are my passwords not saving? One of them for my online email is saved, but nothing else does. It will save as long as the browser is open it saves, but once I shut it down they're gone. I'm using 5.0 btw. Please help!

Why are passwords saved for the current session only?:
Not saving History -- check your settings for Tools > options > Privacy, make sure you are not clearing more than just cache in "Settings for Clearing History"

- clearing your history at end of session, cache is the only one you would want to clear at end of session, if you don't want to lose things (see picture)
There are several things that are related to private browsing and not saving History
- Private Browsing Ctrl+Shift+P
- permanent private browsing is in effect when Tools > options > Privacy in the first drop-down is set to "Never remember history" and all the check-mark items on the dialog disappear, instead of "Use custom settings for history" (see picture above)
Also in Tools > Options > Security, make sure you have check-marked "Remember passwords for sites", anything listed in Exceptions will not be saved.
