my emails look perfect and then i send them and they get spread out

i can't seem to copy and paste so, here goes: what i see that i send Our Blended Rates: ≤ 100,000 5.14% 100,000 to 1,000,000 4.64%

Now when i send it---it looks like this

They don't look aligned here, either. Which illustrates my point: I bet you were composing an HTML-format message using a variable-width font, which, as implied by its name, cannot predictably align, since each letter may be a different width. To have a better chance of things aligning the way you want, use a Fixed-Width font, typically Courier. You can change fonts on the fly with the formatting toolbar in the message compose window, and you can change the default font in <Settings | Composition | HTML Style.>
