Hi

What happens when you try to view that page in Firefox? Is there any error message?

I don't get an error message, the site just freezes when I enter my email address and select Continue.

With Chrome, I enter my email address and select Continue, it brings me to the AARP site without any issues.

This applies when using my new Windows 11 PC and my old Windows 10 PC (which will be retired soon).

Hello,

We're sorry to hear that the page doesn't work as expected. In order to look for the root cause, please follow the steps below and provide us with more information to troubleshoot your issue.

  1. Please check if you have Enhanced Tracking Protection (ETP) enabled. You can do that by clicking the shield Fx89ShieldIcon icon at the left of the address bar.
    • If ETP is enabled, try disabling it. Does the problem persist?
  2. If the problem is not fixed, try clearing Firefox cache. Does it help?
  3. If it also does not help, try running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode. Does the problem persist?

Looking forward to your update!

PS For me, the website doesn't freeze after clicking Continue, so it shouldn't be a compatibility issue.
