I am connected on my firefox account on both my computers but I am unable to connect the same account on firefox mobile. This is because I don't have access to the two-step authentication app that I do not remember even setting up. I have access to my email associated with the account and I have 10 digit recovery codes but none of them worked to recover my account.

So I am not locked out but I am unable to connect on new devices because I have no idea what app I used to set up 2 step authentication.

This is considered lost account as Firefox forum is just end user help not a help request recovery. And if the reset and codes don't work there's nothing more that can be done here.
