I have moved and as a consequence I can no longer have access to my old address thanks to virgin so when I tried to changed my email it said a code ould be sent to old email address which, I can not access. Please help

I just had a similar problem with a hacked email and not able to receive the 2 step security number. If you didn't set up 2 set authentication and you have a VPN turned on, try turning off your VPN and see if you can access your Firefox settings. - Evidently, Firefox recognizes VPNs and blocks you until your enter the 2 step code, or turn off your VPN.

If this helps, take a moment to open your settings add a secondary email, then click to make it primary and make sure you're settings are otherwise up to date.
