Long story short for a long time now I notice sometimes streams/videos stutter and freeze for a second. For example Twitch.tv, I'll watch a stream then suddenly it will freeze for second, this is really annoying because it delays the video to what live chat says etc.


How do I fix this? I've tried every possible solution I believe, how do I stop this freezing? It seems to be worse when I have more than 3 tabs open...

Is there a problem with only one tab/window open?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?
