Ive been having a problem that whenever I full screen a video on any site (youtube, netflix,....) the mouse cursor doesn't disappear when the rest of the UI does, however if I move my cursor or enter full screen a second time it goes away. It may seem like a small problem, but it gets annoying quickly. Ive tried using previous versions of Firefox, and doing a fresh install and nothing seems to fix my problem, I haven't been able to find anyone else with the same problem so I have no idea whats causing it

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window

I tried both solutions and the cursor still doesn't disappear. A while ago I had gone to a previous version of Firefox and then updated back and it was fixed for about a few weeks but im not sure how it was fixed.
