The REPLAY selection is not working so I can view the video. This feature has worked prior to today's NFL broadcasting. Help me!!!!!

This affects any web page with an app like navigation bar that is supposed to be on the bottom of the screen.
I cannot find any options in gui settings for Firefox to change this behavior. Disabling extensions or trying the page in a private tab end with the same result.

I can borrow books through my library and Amazon on Firefox, but not buy them. Am I doing something wrong? Do I have a setting wrong? What is up with this?
