Quality switches to 360 when tab inactive firefox. I watch Twitch in 1080p. When I switch to another tab and then return, the quality drops to 360p and then automatically goes back to 1080p.

audio stops completely for exactly 0.4 seconds when un-pausing video, this affects any "interruptions" including skipping around, clicking on timestamps and any ohter type. issue stops completely when another youtube tab with a video playing is currently active.

i have tried any regular troubleshooting tips, including any and all forums i've found online to no avail. this is not happening in any other browser.

i already tried to delete the cookies and cache, but 1 user is still muted for no reason and everyone/everything else works fine, so is there something wrong with the browser ?

i basically got like 2-3 completely different users muted for no reason, but at the moment i can only remember 1 of them and noone else has been added to the bug list ever since... and it basically happened when the Firefox itself got really low on memory again and started to display that red crash button. and even then, many different users crashed, but some did not even get the sound back anymore, while others did with no issue....

When I try and access a streaming service (ABC iView) I see the start of the video as a single image which is still and doesn't play - audio is working fine - what is the issue?

i cant get in my you-tube for watch full movies and tell me about DRM and then that Firefox is installing components need to play the audio or video on this page.i need help to fix this

The Firefox browser came through with an update and I found that on Bluesky it is hard to load or see video's, which makes it a slightly pointless exercise.

Previously I have found that after an update (can't recall if it was Chrome, but think it was Firefox) the problems cleared up after a couple of days.

However, that doesn't seem to be happening right now.

Can't think what I should be tweaking at my end.

Whenever I try to full screen in any streaming websites, it's not full screen at all. There is a little bit of space in the left-side and top-side of the screen where the other windows or applications I have can be seen (or my desktop if nothing else is open). This is not happening to other browsers. Can you please help me to fix this?

I use eBird extensively. When I try to play the audio (with sonograms), I get a message that says "We are still processing this file. Try again later". These files perform well on my Android phone, so I know it it is not eBird's glitch. I am confused about the setting options on Firefox that I need to set. These files are usually .wav format. I have tried to open a ticket with eBird, but have not had a response. Can you guide me? Thanks.

For the last maybe 2 weeks of so I have been able to play videos on any website,it is only Firefox that is having the errors. I use Windows 10, and the only extension I have is password managment

I have tried: 1) troubleshoot mode: no changes 2) clearing cache: no change 3) making a new Mozilla profile: no change 4) lowering/turning off security protections 5) refreshing from uninstall 6) uninstalling and reinstalling 7) Allowed autoplay of media 8) toggled off drm

The primary sites that I use are; HBO - error 1K-003 Twitch- error#4000 Patreon- doesn't error out, but just goes black on player Dropout.tv- player error YoutubeLive- Browser error

When I watch Downton Abbey on PBS from outside the U.S, using the Firefox VPN in a Private Window the Closed Captions of the PBS video are displayed TWICE: one above the timeline and the other above it.

This issue is specific to this particular show AND to the Firefox browser.
