some sites do this. https://abcnews.com/ is simply one. When I go to the site, and start scrolling down, a picture-in-picture appears and stays. How do I totally kill this behaviour? - for any and all sites. I do not have anything set in labs. I tried about:config but don't know which one to choose - there are many. I googled hoping uBlock Origin would help but didn't find anything. I only see setting to enable it in FF and it is unchecked so I assume it would be off, but, no, it pops up anyway. I don't want it. Never did. I don't like it. It gets in my way of browsing.
