Why doesn't the plug-in page work?

In addition to the new version deleting my add-ons/plug-ins/, now Firefox is making it difficult to get them back.

Hi GregII, I am happy to help, I would first recommend clearing the cache of that site from about:permissions.
- Put "about:permissions" into a new tab url
- Search for all entries of mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck
- Click on 'Forget this Site' and restart Firefox.
The page does work for other computers as far as I have tested. Also consider Safe Mode or disabling extensions one by one to make sure its not interfering: Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox and Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems
