when I try to "reply" to someone - all I get is a new tab "about.com" why?
in mail2world.com, if I get a message, and I want to reply - I click reply and all I get is a new tab. why? also in this program I cant "move" any messages to other folders without going to the main file folder, putting a checkmark in the block and clicking on "move to xxxx folder". why?
all this used to work fine until they went Beta, since then I cant get hold of them - they dont answer emails, and the program doesnt work as it used to. Its a great email program for everyday, but I'm aggravated at this new turn of events - makes my online time longer while trying to use the program.
any ideas or suggestions please? thanks~!

Those are questions that someone who actually uses that portal might be able to answer. It isn't directly related to Firefox support.

thanks - I figured it could be due to my settings in Firefox - and if I needed to refigure the settings so it would work.
