I had some e-mails sent to junk by mistake but when I click "it's not junk" then open the e-mail and click on "add to safe senders list" this command is ignored as the next time I receive an e-mail from that sender it is again sent to junk. Microsoft tell me it's a browser (i.e. Firefox) issue. Can anyone please help ?

After an Update from Mozilla, I restarted my computer. When I opened my e-mail, EVERY folder, Sub-Folder, Contacts and all emails before 2/15/2021 were gone. I tried a restore. I was told there was nothing to restore. Any help would be appreciated.

A recent Firefox update resulted in failure to bring up the Windows Live Mail New Mail Window when the Mail Icon is clicked in Windows 7. I looked in Options and see that WLM is the preferred mail app. How can this be fixed ?

Hi, realise this is not probably a Firefox issue,but would appreciate any advice. Of late when i select "Copy" a photo sent to me via email ,it only copies as a thumbnail not the actual photo, it used to to copy ok but not now for some reason. My workaround is to select "Copy image as" which then opens up a droplist from MyPC,give it a name and it copies ok,but its a bit long winded .

It seems that almost every time I change to another screen, I get the "FF is not your current browser, would you like to make FF your ...."

I suspect that Microsoft Edge s the culprit, but but what ever I try to remove Edge from my computer, nothing works.

Does anyone have a fix for this maddening problem?

Please note, that I am not a computer whiz, so esoteric terminology leaves me scratching my head with a hind foot.

I have triple checked my computer for a virus, and it is clean.

I am not able to see live Streaming MJPEG video from both of my cameras on my new Samsung S21 Ultra. I had an S10 Plus and Firefox played both cameras video stream just fine. Odd thing is FireFox Focus plays both video streams like I experienced on my S10. But I have to login manually every time. I want to have the convenience of reg FireFox remembering user names etc. Any help is appreciated.

Hey There, since I installed Win10 I do have the problem, that Firefox (updated) has big problems with just one Webside: www.ebay-kleinanzeigen.de. It loads veeeery slowly, pictures need next to one minute to load and a yello top banner says allways: "Eine Webseite verlangsamt Ihren Browser". Which means: A webside is slowing down Your browser. All Tips and Tricks from Google are tried already. No success. Other websides and photos are loaded normally. Anybody from here can help?

I've just received an email on my - previously - main email address (let's say: e1), about a data breach on another (e2) email address of mine.

When I log in to Firefox Monitor, with my main email address (e3), only that email address is displayed as monitored. The whole list (I don't know, 10+ addresses) that should be monitored, is gone.

Can someone explain to me a. why is the mail not send to the main email address and b. where is my list of monitored email addresses?

I am trying to get this command to work

"C:\Program Files\Firefox Developer Edition\firefox.exe" -url "C:\page.html?parameter=hi"

this results in firefox navigating to file:///C:/page.html%3Fparameter=hi

I have to manually change the %3F to ? to get it to work. I noticed everything works fine when navigating to a web based url with js parameters. It only seems to be local file problem. Can someone point me to a solution?

For some reason I have not been able to print from Firefox on Ubuntu.

It goes to the print queue but remains there - the Progress shows "Stopped"

I can print from word or any other program.

Firefox and Ubuntu are up to date.

I have tried resetting the printer settings and also reset the browser but no luck.

I updated my iOS to Big Sur, and now many emails on Yahoo are displaying content as gobbledygook. Sometimes it's the subject lines, signatures, and email addresses in emails and the threads of forwarded emails. Other times it's the text on home listings or job ads. This isn't happening on my gmail account, or when I access Yahoo through Safari, nor is it happening on my mobile devices. It's specific to the combination of Yahoo/Firefox/Big Sur. Any idea how to fix or when Mozilla might address this bug in an update?

When I use my desktop built in camera with Firefox, the video image is green and distorted, but I do not experience this issue with Google and Microsoft Edge. See picture.

In the preference page (about:preferences) we can specify default fonts, but the choices of fonts are not used when printing a web page if the page does not specify a font. (In my environment, although the default font is set to sans-serif, the serif font is used for printed pages.) Can we specify default fonts for printing? If not, I strongly think that Firefox should use the same font as the one for display (as long as the font is available for printing).

Firefox shows broken text in Arabic and Urdu. It makes it unreadable and I have to switch to Chrome for all my Urdu and Arabic queries. I love firefox but I hate to switch between browsers, I hope this issue can be resolved or I may have to switch back to chrome. :( Images for Firefox and Chrome attached.
