I had Firefox in my Microsoft surface go for few years and recently i deleted maintenance section by mistake while cleaning up folders. After that Firefox stop working then I tried 10 times to reinstall Firefox but no luck, it installs but won't run, even went through Microsoft store and reinstalled but still browser did not run. Please let me know what to do now.

I have been trying to download emails to Firefox / Thunderbird but for days I keep getting this message:

"The account hliss@localnet.com is being processed. Please wait until processing is complete to get messages."

What should I do?

Hello --- I am have difficulty understanding this statement "Mailfence servers are the mail servers for the domain of this email address. Please use an address on another domain.

Can I revert to the previous version of Firefox pre-this update - I find this GUI very difficult to manage. Everything comes up too large - and websites I'm accustomed to operating on are totally reorganized and have become hard to use.

I closed my browser and a "new version" of Firefox was installed. MY ENTIRE HISTORY WAS ERASED!!! I CANNOT "RESTORE PREVIOUS SESSION".... I AM N O T HAPPY! WHY WOULD YOU DO A THING LIKE THIS? GET MY PREVIOUS SESSION BACK AND ALL MY HISTORY! THERE ARE OTHER BROWSERS.... I HAVE USED FIREFOX FOR YEARS AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT I HAVE BEEN ABSOLUTELY ENRAGED! WHY DON'T YOU ASK US IF WE EVEN WANT AND "UPGRADE"! PLEASE RESPOND!

In short, firefox is just a grey window, with the controls on the top.. It won't load any pages, nor open settings or open anything from the menu at the top..

I have tried everything, deleting and reinstalling, resetting, well, all the help I could find here I tried.. ..Still it wont work..

I run Windows 10 on a HP envy..

I used to get images off web pages easily, now I just get an html link, which when I try and copy to powerpoint presentation, just gives me the link address and not the image! Very slow and unusable in the end. please help me to get to jpg or png as before.

WHY do you strip my FireFox every 4 times I update? Sooner or later I will get tired of this circle jerk. Put my FireFox back like I run it, you try and try to have me run a generic Browser, when they do me no good, trying to mine my data is futile, as we show time after time. I like FireFox because I can cut the dead weight and go to work. Please help Robert StrongBow

The default font for a lot of websites has changed and will not accept the settings to change back.

Default font is Times New Roman - size 12. Advanced setting "allow websites to override font" is deselected (disallow)

NOTE: when I was stupid enough to trust Mozilla developers and hit "restart to install" instead of actually shutting down and restarting myself, ONE tab in ONE window had been zoomed in. Now it appears that that zoom has been adopted as default, overriding whatever I put in settings.

That. Is. Beyond. Stupid.

The fact that the default font settings don't apply as default is also not the greatest...

I am constantly annoyed by the ever present "notification" to update Firefox to the latest version. There is no easy way to get rid of the nagging notice. PLEASE NOTE ::: I DID DOWNLOAD AND UPDATE MY PC TO THE NEWEST VERSION WHICH DID NOT LIKE AT ALL !!!!

So, I returned to the latest version I had been using and all is well. EXCEPT : I AM CONSTANTLY NAGGED TO UPDATE. WHICH I DID, DID NOT LIKE, AND DO NOT PLAN T DO IT AGAIN.

You need to add an option for user like me who have done what you asked and did not care for the result. IF YOU THINK PEOPLE WILL LEAVE, PERHAPS YOU ARE RIGHT ... IF YOU GIVE THEM THAT CHOICE. I PREFER TO SEE THE CHOICE TO KEEP WHAT i HAVE AND NOT GIVE IN TO THE LATEST WHIM. So, if your product is so good, why not let us decide to stay with the version we are using and not be nagged into a new one we will not like. when i try and download something from some websites, it doesnt actually download what its supposed to but just a file called random numbers without any file extension or anything, or alternatively a damaged version of what its supposed to download. ive never had this glitch happen before and it doesnt happen to me on other browsers like edge or chrome. does anybody know how to fix it? (i am on windows 11 if that helps with anything)

I Just upgraded to 103.2, When I start FF It starts with all my bookmarks pw mgr etc and I can browse to my hearts content . I use Thunderbird mail client If I click on a link for a site with a stored pw in FF password manager now I get a clean new window which has no bookmarks and no saved passwords for anything. How can you help me?

Just before protection against ads expired, the icon's "X" went black. Now that I've renewed, it has not changed the "X" on the shield to white indicating renewal.
