Previously there were no problems but as of late... how come when I search on eBay, the items are not displaying? I provided a screenshot from my computer. As you can see the search shows no items and this happens on every search now. Can you help or can you tell me what's wrong with Firefox for this reason? I'd appreciate it much. Thank you.

Since FF, (in their infinite wisdom) once again screwed my computer up. I have lost all my bookmarks, all my apps (some of which I paid for), desktop gone, replaced with something I hate. This happened after the 100.0.2 update. I have tried to fix every thing for the pas few days with no success. I wonder if FF is going to pay me back for the paid apps I bought. This is a working computer and I need my files back. Also, I cannot find my restore button. I don't guess we need that anymore because big brother knows all oops, FF). PLEASE help.

Please assist Nearly most sites I visit,a DOWNLOAD appears & if I open it,Firefox tells me that it is not associated with any of it files & it is isallmytube protocols If I search for isallmytube,it tells me it is associated with WONDERSHARE 7 I do not have that program on my computer It is very annoying Can you please advise me how I can get rid of it thanks Darryl

I had to remove my side bar to do a print screen. With the latest version of Firefox I can't find how to put the side bar back! Not Happy..... It use to be obvious but now it is too hidden. Who is doing the user testing these days? Please fix the issue.

There are a number of old threads regarding this and having worked through them it is still unresolved. 1) I have cleared cache/cookies 2) I have disabled all extensions 3) I have turned off tracking 4) I have tried in safe mode - still the same.

This is not just on one website - it is on ALL that have Facebook feeds. It is NOT just on my laptop - I have asked others to try - they have the same result - blank page. ...so please don't suggest re-installing Firefox!!

i have re-install new windows and download fresh firefox and sign-in when i sync my account i didn't find any data (passwords , bookmarks , history , etc ... ) i found my firefox account as new

Recently gmail stopped autocomplete addressees when writing emails in firefox. It still works with chrome. I've tried completely uninstalling firefox using revouninstaller and installing a clean version with no addons, but it didn't help. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Every time I turn on my computer Firefox wont open until I open Chrome at leats once, after I open Chrone I have no problem I can close it and continue to work in Firefox, but it is still a weird problem, I have also uninstall and reinstall Firefox several times but it doesnt fix the problem.

I want to remove an add-on called MAESTRO which I downloaded and it has taken over my home page. When I search for it in add-ons it doesn't come up . In addition none of the results has the place to click on to bring up the remove window. I want to get back to Firefox as my home page Please help.

I need help in a bad way because I have tried all the directions BigFish has given. I am also 82 years old so I will follow your advice. The login worked for a couple of days but I think Firefox had some updates because computer restarted several times when I wasn't present. When that happens I then find myself having problems with Facebook which is a big nightmare in itself but then I also find I once again am blocked from my game site. Below is what I get each time at the BF game site:

I have tried my best to get Firefox to allow the cookies or eat them or whatever is needed but apparently I am doing something wrong. The BF tech is now advising me to change to another browser but I am unwilling to do that. I am used to Firefox.

Please, is there anyone who can help me, even walk me through so I don't get this same page again and again?

P.S. I am not above begging either. I am elderly and very close to tears because I retired from a prototype engineering and developmental lab where I worked with robots and all that. I guess they have turned on me.

Only the bottom half of the "Reload current page" icon is active. Moving the pointer above this turns off the gray square around the icon turns off its functionality. Is there a hack which can fix this?

I used Speedtest by Ookla. When the broad band was installed, the technician did this without a problem. Today when I tried I was taken to an installation page. After I used the SpeedTest, then my main page was gone and instead I have a bar of Firefox selected options. I've tried to find how this is done so I can set it back but I can't find it. Please help.

I am unable to open firefox and am currently typing from edge (yuck). I believe it is crashing on startup, it does not open when I click on the icon either pinned to my taskbar or through the start menu. I have reinstalled the latest version to no avail. If it is crashing on startup then it is not generating a unique crash report each time; my last report is from last night when the problem started, Crash ID: bp-f8bfbf97-971a-464b-8930-aec7e0220530. Will the latest update now being nagged about delete logins for web sites and apps Firefox has done with the last few updates? Second, why doesn't Firefox disclose WHY an update is needed first (so a user can make his or her own mind up)? These questions beg another important one: if Firefox believes all the constant updates are so important, first, why don't they get them all done at once and quit piecemealing them out? Dishing them out in smaller updates often could easily leave the impression that someone doesn't know what he's doing ... and I'd like not to believe that about Firefox.

When I search "translate" into the address bar the first option is www.translate.com instead of just searching it on google (which is what I normally do). This happened after I searched the term and a little pop-up asked if I meant to go to the website instead. I accidentally clicked yes and do not know how to change it back. I would like to be able to type "translate" and have the google results show up first. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Główny problem dotyczy "obrazków" lub zdjęć czy też krótkich filmów (z tik toka, youtube, tweetera i innych podobnych) serwisów zamieszczanych na głównych stronach internetowych jak www.interia.pl podaję dodatkowy - przykładowy link, na którym NIE są wyświetlane prawidłowo wszystkie obrazki:

Chciałbym wyjaśnić, że nie ma znaczenia, czy mam jakiekolwiek dodatki włączone czy nie mam, efekt jest zawsze taki sam - brak obrazków!!!. Identyczne dodatki oraz identyczne ustawienia jak w "Firefox" mam także w "Opera" i tam wszystko działa.

Po prostu coś zjebaliście mości panowie przy tworzeniu przeglądarki, bo jest ten problem występuje już od kilku ładnych aktualizacji - cały czas.

2. Ponadto drugi problem to taki, że nie życzę sobie, aby Firefox dodawał przy aktualizacji lub instalacji cokolwiek do autostartu windows !!! zawsze będę usuwał wszelkie podprogramy, których sobie nie życzę z autostartu. Wystarczą Wasze gówniane rozszerzenia, których nie można w żaden sposób usunąć a których po prostu nie chcę w przeglądarce (Allegro, DuckDuckGo, Google, Wikipedia(En), Wolne Lektury)... po jaką cholerę to dodajecie?
