Today, i opened Firefox and they gave me the opportunity to browse new functions. I changed the color of the tab bar but I can't figure out how to change it back.. Also, I didn't have time to browse the new features. I can't find the site to do so.

The new 106.0 version asked me to pick a color for the frame. It showed a bunch or radio buttons. How do I get that choice again so I can try a different frame color?

I have a web app that uses cookies to reference sessions that contain login status.

For example: when I log in, a session is created that tracks that I am logged in. When I go to another function/page the cookie is deleted, thus I am no longer logged in.

I have the Security set to "Standard" and the website URL unprotected.

Chrome and Safari are fine, it's only Firefox.

What am I missing?

I always use Firefox - last week opened Google Maps in Firefox- no problem - it worked fine - was in English - all good! This week - opened Google Maps - and all by itself there is an account of a person (not me) in Thai. I don't speak or understand Thai so I can't even try to get out of this persons account or eliminate it (not to mention - why is it there in the first place??? It just magically appeared???) By chance - I tried Google Maps in Safari (which I never use) - the account came up - NOT under this alien persons name - just regular Google Maps in English. I was able to utilize it - no problem.

This is extremely bizarre - I don't want to use Safari - but apparently Firefox has screwed up here (on it's own it has put this account into my machine - why?) - or possibly it's Google who screwed up which wouldn't be surprising. A person cannot contact Google - they are so arrogant they just have the attitude - we are Google - use our stuff - and the hell with you - nice!!! However - if Safari is just getting the regular Google Maps site - why is Firefox opening Google Maps in an alien account - like mentioned - I just went in like regularly and this alien account appeared.

I never use any of Googles services - I do have an OLD account there - but don’t even remember the user name or log-in. I don’t like their company - they are overbearing - dictatorial - and intrusive - so why bother with them. But no clue why this alien account would have been attached to my computer - not there one week - and then there the next out of the blue???

At any rate - is there any way to get rid of this alien account in my Firefox browser - I am not a computer wiz - but can follow instructions on how to do things easily. Maybe the Firefox cache needs to be cleared - I don’t know (?) - nor do I really know how to do that. Or why the cache would be storing information that shouldn’t be on my machine in the first place??? Thanks!

Hello, I am a user on Mac! I am having an issue with moving tabs fluidly. Yes, moving tabs inside the window is easy but when I move them outside the window, it makes me a little uncomfortable. In the images and video I have sent, you can see that an unnecessary thumbnail of the tab pops up even when I move the tabs inside the window. This makes it harder to know if I am even moving the tab in the first place. Then it takes like 2-5 seconds for the new window of the individual tab I moved to appear. If whatever I said is quite confusing which I apologize for, I would very much recommend taking a look at Google Chrome, the browser I don't prefer, however, try moving the tabs around and outside one window and creating more windows with individual tabs. It feels more fluid or swift and easy to handle. Compare that to Firefox and a big difference is to be seen. I am concerned about this issue really because I am replacing my previous browsers, not only Google Chrome but browsers like Edge too which are capable of not having that issue, with Firefox instead and hopefully Firefox can have this capability. I also multitask a lot so I usually encounter this problem on Firefox. I hope this is fixed and am sure it will help a lot of users! Thank you! Firefox just stropped working for me. Would be unable to load any pages after 5-10 minutes until I restarted the browser. No other troubleshooting worked so I had to refresh firefox and now my firefox private network add on is gone. All my other add ons are still there but I can't re-download private network without paying a subscription, even though I have had it installed for years. How do I access that add on? I don't understand why I would need to pay for something I already had and only lost becasue firefox malfunctioned.

Good morning, I wanted to report an issue that I am seeing with the TD Ameritrade site. Please see the attached image. I'm using version 106.0 and am on a Mac, MacOS Monterey Version 12.6.

Don't mean to complain about such a trivial thing, but on macOS the new icon for Firefox as of 106 just doesn't look right. It was PERFECT before this. Yes, I know I can copy and paste the old one into the new and it's problem solved, but figured I'd post here to see what everyone else thinks. Again, it's not the end of the world, but it just doesn't look right.

Hello, We are developing an extension which is built on manifest v3. Right now in the firefox MV3 is not available by default and user has to enable it manually. I wanted to understand the timeline for the MV3 release. So that we can decide to support MV2 or not in our extension

Firefox not registering the "SUBMIT" button at bottom of the page to "submit" an application for student loan partial debt relief. Click on it and it never submits, even though the form is completed and no omissions are noted. Instantly works just fine on CHROME. My peers noted same issue. Changing back to Chrome due to this. I have to access a secure intranet through my work. It is something I am required to access every single day. It is currently giving me a "Server Not Found" message, although I'm able to access the website easily through Chrome and even Microsoft Edge. I desperately do not want to switch to these browsers but will if this isn't resolved! Please help!!

With the upgrade to Firefox 106 on Mac, Private browsing windows open with a dark theme by default. How do I enable the light theme for Private browsing windows?

I use Private browsing at work for website testing, and the dark themed tabs / UI are much harder to read and use than with a light theme.

Please help! With the latest firefox update all of my bookmarks (and I have hundreds) are now gone!! I went on online to find help and the help was confusing and I couldn't figure out how to reload my bookmarks from the backup. Please walk me through the process step by step, I really need all of my saved bookmarks that I save articles for research, etc. Thank you

I have looked on the web for instructions on how to remove "NordVPN CyberSec.cer" from my General Settings and Enterprise Polices. The articles were no help.

At the top of the General page "Your Browser is being managed by your organization" is displayed. Clicking on the Blue Text String I go to about:policies, it shows "Certificates Install NordVPN CyberSec.cer".

When I click on errors - "Unable to find certificate - NordVPN CyberSec.cer" is shown.

I don't know how this may be affecting FoxFire.

I contacted NordVPN and asked them how to remove this "install item". Per their instructions, I deleted everything related to NordVPN.

The error continues after restarts.

The install/load request has to be coming from FoxFire; for Nord does not exist on my machine ( Mac Mini 10.15.7 FoxFire 106.0.1 (64bit ) ). Chrome has never been on my machine. I did trial NordVPN but do not use it.

How do I remove the install request?

When I use Firefox (not in fullscreen mode) it hides my Mac toolbar so I can't see the clock. I can stop this from happening if I switch in and out of fullscreen but it's not a permanent fix. Hoping to figure out how to leave the toolbar up all the time.
