I have been using an old version of Firefox (109.0.1). I am not typically using a newer version because of an essential - to me - add-on which hasn't been updated, and which doesn't work in more recent versions.

On macOS Sierra this old version of Firefox crashes. Troubleshooting mode (I was prompted a number of times) and restarting the browser appears to eventually resolve the crash, but finally there is an issue with the memory and the browser doesn't "work."

Using Firefox v91.11 I can't print a selection from a web page as the 'Print Selection Only' option is grayed out. This has never been an issue for me in earlier versions but appears to have been a problem with Firefox going back many years. This is the second time I have asked for help in solving this so I would really appreciate a response as I can't find a solution anywhere.

Note that the issue is only a problem when trying to print from a web page using Firefox v91.11. Safari doesn't even offer this option but the option is there and works in Chrome.

When I change the name of the browser from "Firefox 64.0.app" to "Firefox.app", and launch "Firefox.app", it forgets all my bookmarks. How can I tell "Firefox.app" to use the bookmarks of "Firefox 64.0.app"?

I am able to login to my account however my "primary password" was breached and changed. I am now unable to login to the browser and use my Bookmarks.

You'll know it has been breached because I have only used on password since I began using FireFox. As of January 9th, 2023 it has been changed to something new.

How can this "primary password" be removed or reset?

My Macbook Air is running iOS 10.12.6, so how am I meant to update Firefox, as the TSB bank says I must to use their online software? Firefox is apparently no longer supported below iOS 10.14. I can't upgrade my iOS. What do I do? I'm 75 years old and dont need all this!

Suddenly my Bookmarks Toolbar vanished from my browser screen. If I click on the Bookmarks Tab I can get the list of the Toolbar as a side bar, but I prefer it to be a horizontal bar always visible. Please tell me how to restore it to its previous state. Thanks!

I would like to find the settings for PREVENTING FIREFOX VER 115 ESR on MAC from UPDATING. \

This is because Firefox 115.7.0esr.dmg is (supposedly) the last version for old MacBook Air that lets me watch Netflix on that machine. I want to use Firefox exclusively for that purpose, so that all of Mozilla and Firefox staff can stop worrying about viruses, etc.

The question is: Is there such a setting on Firefox 115.7.0esr.dmg that would let me accomplish that. I CAN follow long-winded & complicated instructions to the letter, and as long as these instructions are correct and complete, there should be no problem. If mission control for NASA's 1977's Voyager can still communicate and extend the useful of the Voyager probe, then I figure that you understand what it might take to keep a MacBook Air from 2015 going. In other words: As long as it works, it's worth it to keep it going.

If Mozilla's mantra is: "Lets destroy everything older than 4 years", then you will not understand the issue.

Does anyone on Support Mozilla know the secret magic software words to do this?

How can I transfer the logins file from an old profile to a new one? When I search online all I get is references for transferring Firefox folders to another computer. Any help gratefully appreciated.

A few Firefox for Mac updates ago, the Wells Fargo website colors changed with Firefox for Mac, and the other browsers still display Wells Fargo the right way. On the current versioin of Firefox for Windows, the Wells Fargo website still looks the way it should.

Attached are 2 screen shots of Wells Fargo's website. One screen shot, using Chrome for Mac shows the Wells Fargo colors correctly. The other screen shot using the updated Firefox for Mac shows the colors wrong, pretty much without colors, etc...

How can this be fixed so that we can use Firefox for all browsing?

I don't know what happened because the browser was working fine earlier this morning and I didn't do anything to compromise it. I didn't go to settings and change anything. I suspect someone may have 'hacked in,' if that is still even a 'thing.' I think this because when I try to shut off my internet temporarily someone turns it back on and I usually have to 'fight' with whoever that is to get my internet to go off. I tried to ask google a question I wanted the answer to. That question was, how long does the flu last (because I have it or covid.) I also asked how long does covid last. What happened was that spinning thing where it was continually searching but never going to the site. Can you help, please? Thanks in advance if you can.

I've just updated my MacBook Pro from El Capitan to Sierra. Firefox has updated from 78 to 91, but not to 102 which I understand is appropriate for Sierra. I'm still on the ESR regime but maybe this is no longer appropriate? Please can you advise how I should proceed? Also I've long been unable to print certain online bank statements and I'm hoping that 102 may cure this. I have to use Safari to work round this issue
