if i try to run higher then v10, doesn't appear on screen. why?
running win7. running iobit malware fighter 2.3 pro. running advanced system care v 7.2. running AVG internet pro 2013.0.2438. If I try to run firefox 27 or 28, it will not appear on screen and does not list under task manager. but if I try to shutdown, the computer tells me that it is running and I must do a forced closing of the program. Firefix version 10, however, does work fine. Any idea why the latest versions of Firefox don't run correctly on my computer? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

Did you look in the Processes tab in the Task Manager (i.e. not in the Application tab)?
It is possible that your security software (firewall, anti-virus) blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full, unrestricted, access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

Also, don't use any of iobit's software, include advanced system care pro. They will break your computer. Uninstall them immediately.
