I've got an email with pictures integrated...all of them upside down. with google chrome I can rotate by opening with a new tab. How to do this in Firefox?

Hello,

Embedding the images as you've described makes it difficult to rotate them. The best solution is to have the sender orient them correctly before sending. However, you should have the option to Save the images to your computer.

You might try right-clicking the images and selecting Save Image As and selecting a location on your computer to store the files. Once they're saved locally (no longer embedded in the email), you should be able to rotate them as you desire.
