How do I invert scrolling?

In Firefox, the vertical scrolling is inverted. That is instead of simulating the motion of the scrollbar, scrolling simulates the motion of a piece of paper. I don't know how it got that way, and I don't know how to get it back to the way it was before.

I use a touchpad. Horizontal scrolling has not changed, nor has the scrolling on the rest of my system. My FIrefox version is 17.0.1, and my operating system is Ubuntu 12.10.

I'm not sure what you mean.

Are you referring to smooth scrolling?

Does this only happen in Firefox? I believe there is an option in the Ubuntu settings that inverts mouse scrolling so that could be the issue.
