Seems ever since a couple Firefox updates ago I can't get logged into Lionbrand.com. I keep getting this same error: "Cookie Problems! We use "cookies" to keep track of orders. Click here for more information on what cookies are and how we use them. Unless your browser has cookies enabled, we cannot register you for an account or log you in." Now, I already know what to do to turn cookies on and have already done everything the article on this forum said to do (and just did it again). I have written to Lionbrand.com and they say it is not them. I can get logged on via IE but do not want to use IE. I need someone to look into this to see if it is Firefox... I am very frustrate with this issue.

Do you see any cookies listed for that website?

A way to see which cookies a website (domain) has stored is to click the Site Identity Button on the left end side of the location bar.

  • Click the "More Information" button to open the Security tab in "Tools > Page Info".
  • Click the "View Cookies" button on the Security tab in "Tools > Page Info" to open the Cookies Manager and see which cookies that domain has stored.

Also, you can consider the Reset Firefox feature via Help (Alt + H) > Troubleshooting Information and check the site before changing settings or installing add-ons.

(To revert to the previous profile you were using, close the new profile, start Firefox and choose the Default User profile. While the Profile Manager is open, you can also delete the newly reset profile (the one containing random numbers), or the former profile, as the case may be).

Yes, there were cookies but as the instructions said to do, I deleted them all. That is why it this problem is very frustrating... When I first encountered the problem I put the site in as an exception because I never allowed 3rd party cookies (even tho the site does not use them)). There was nothing stopping the site from storing cookies and I could see that it was yet I keep getting the same error when I try to log in.
