When i try to view a video, it opens a box that says "open with" WMP, realplayer etc. Before now when i clicked on a video it would just play from where it is.

This may be caused by a recent Flash 11.3 update.

Try to delete the mimeTypes.rdf file in the Firefox Profile Folder to reset all file actions.

You can use this button to go to the Firefox profile folder:
- Help > Troubleshooting Information > Profile Directory: Open Containing Folder
ok, that didnt change anything, but i did notice when i enable Shockwave Flash i cant see the video at all... Maybe something is going on with Flash Player?
