Firefox crashes
When trying to open Firefox it just crashes without even opening the Firefox window. It goes directly to the Crash Manager window. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox the problem persists. I've even tried deleting all the Firefox registry entries as well as any Firefox directories still on the HDD.

There are a couple of things to try. The first is download and install the latest version from mozilla.org/firefox The new version has lots of security and stability updates that are not in your version. This may fix the problem.
If that doesn't help, the next thing to do is to try to see if the problem happens in Firefox safe mode. You can find instructions for trying that and what to do next in this article - Check to see if the crash happens in safe mode
Hi Verdi. Thanks for your reply. I did try installing the latest version of Firefox but that didn't work. Trying to start in safe mode also did not work. It would go straight to the crash manager.
