I am having bootin g up and unexpected shut down errors and have no computer knowledge. What should I do?

The message says it has to do with add-ons

Can you attach a screenshot if you get an error message?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed the maximum file size (1 MB).

If that isn't the case then can you try to explain better what your problem is?
