I have Had contact about this Problem with Netflix and Microsoft. Both of them agreed that this issue has to be something with the Firefox Browser. Every time i go to the Netflix website and click on play a movie. the movie freezes at 9% but the sound keeps playing. no it works in the internet explorer. no problems there. Microsoft and Netflix have both confirmed that it has nothing to do with Microsoft Silverlight.
