Windows 7 OS - Firefox does not display webpage buttons or fields for most websites, including the Firefox homepage. This also happens with IE8 and IE9 on my computer. Tried resets and reinstalls on all 3 browsers with no effect.

Back and Forward or other toolbar items are missing
Check and tell if its working.
Make sure that you allow pages to choose their colors and that you haven't enabled High Contrast in the Windows Accessibility settings.
