since version 4 i have been having problems with cpu usage maxing out - i have a dual core 2.0Ghz processor and 4gig Ram. it never happened before version 4 i used to love firefox... i have read many articles online about how to solve this problem, disabling addons etc but nothing seems to work. my nvidia 7000m graphics card wont allow me to adjust hardware acceleration but have played with other settings, again with no success. when i open firefox it seems to be ok for a minute or so but when i open a few tabs like 4 0r 5 or if i play video then my cpu usage peaks at 100% and firefox becomes really unresponsive slow and tiresome, and video becomes really jumpy and unwatchable. i have even gone back to the hated IE... any ideas would be greatly received. Thx
