Bookmarks drop-down menu sticks at submenus
I have to get the cursor above the submenu panel or back to 'Bookmarks' in the top menu (when submenu fills entire height of screen) to be able to get to another bookmark listing - how do I get FF5 to 'open' or 'reveal' submenus for different menu listings by simply moving my cursor to the appropriate bookmark item as one could previously do? If I call up the bookmarks drop-down menu then get my cursor OUTSIDE of the bookmarks panel and carefully move my cursor back into the bookmarks panel at the position of my desired bookmark item (with its submenu) then everything is OK, but if I move my cursor down the list of bookmarks while within the panel and hesitate just briefly at one of the items - e.g. before reaching my desired item - the submenu for that (undesired) bookmark item opens and I have to move my cursor all the way back up to the main "Bookmark" in the top menu or beyond the submenu panel (see comments above). If this is a new feature then it is a very annoying one. If not then how do I get it to stop being "sticky" at submenus?

For your problems with menus would suggest: Stay-Open Menu. and the styles: Scrollbar Menu and Context Menu.

If there was an alternative to an extension such as "Stay-Open Menu" that I knew of, I would probably be using the alternative. I have no problems with using styles as they are small, and I could use most styles in userChrome.css but the Stylish extension makes them easy to turn on/off for debugging which was a horrible mess when they were all in userChrome.css and userContent.css.
I have found that shortening relevant bookmark names [by editing them in the "Show All Bookmarks" window] in the lists in the menus and sub-menus and thereby shrinking the width of the onscreen panels --> such that the higher-level and lower-level (i.e. sub-menu) panels do not overlap into each other onscreen solves this "stickyness" issue. When the sub-menu panels all 'load' onto the screen at the edge of the relevant higher-level panels the ability to cross over from one menu list item to another by simply moving the cursor over to the desired item is restored.
NEVERTHELESS, the original problem should not exist. FF PROGRAMMERS - please can you address the core issue? It should be sufficient for the cursor to be outside of a submenu box anywhere around it for the browser to release the 'sticking'.
