In navigating the updated Firefox, I accidentally got onto "full screen." How do I get out of this so that I can restore my toolbars?

In order to see even the minimal tool bars, I must "toggle" my mouse up and down. I want the tool bars to stay on the screen all the time. How do I make this happen?

Thank you! That solves one big problem! Now to deal with the rest of the updated version.

Do you know if there is a way to "un-do" an upgrade and go back to the previous version of firefox? I have lost a number of toolbar items with the upgrade, such as an awesome local weather box that showed current weather, and would show expanded forecasts with one click. That is gone now, along with other things. I would like to go back to the old version if that is possible.
