Alt+d doesn't work anymore on Firefox 4. I've tried turning off all addons but that didn't help.
I updated to Firefox 4 and alt+d doesnt go to urlbar anymore. I know ctrl+l does the same as alt+d and it still works but im so used to alt+d combination.

I have the same problem, going "safe mode" doesn't work. What I tried was to download extension called Keyconfig (http://kb.mozillazine.org/Keyconfig_extension), and changed the wrongly binded CTRL-L to ALT-D.
However, it was an TEMPORARY fix to this issue... If you uninstall/disable the plugin, the key bind will be gone and you will face the same problem again.
