No personal support from firefox to deal with issue of loss of back and refresh buttons. I have tried EVERYTHING. Should I just give up and go to explorer, since ******** at Firefox won't help?
Firefox has asked me to reduce length of question...evidently they do not like being referred to as ********. I have spent an hour trying to get back and refresh buttons back, using ALL recommendations. Anyone out there who can fix this?

Users who provide help in this forum are all volunteers and are not employed or related to Mozilla. It would be unfair for any users to yell at these helpers when they are here to provide assistance volunteerly.
