A 6 year user of Firefox, and all of a sudden you are complaining about the lack of a toll-free telephone support number?

Mozilla has never provided telephone support, and probably never will due to the cost involved. How would they amortize the cost of that type of operation, while providing a free browser to everyone around the globe who uses it?
